素比萨
Vegetarian Pizza

【Ingredients】
200g high protein flour, 50g plain flour, 50g organic sugar, 1⁄4 tsp organic salt, 7g instant yeast, 50g milk, 120g water, 40g vegetable oil
【Filling】mix all
4 mock sausages (sliced), 4 button mushroom (sliced), tri-color capsicum each (cut rings), 5 tbsp baked beans, 3 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1⁄8 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chopped Marjoram, 3 tbsp juliennes cheese
【Method】
1. Mixes ingredients A into smooth dough; let rise for 30 minutes until double in size. (pic 1)
2. Pin roll dough and grease the top, then bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes, remove from oven. (pic 2-3)
3. Spread filling mixtures on it and sprinkle juliennes cheese on top, bake in oven again at 220℃ for 10 minutes or until golden brown, done. (pic 4-5)

【材料】
高筋面粉200克、普通面粉50克、有机糖50克、有机盐1⁄4小匙、干酵母7克、奶水50克、清水120克、清油40克
【馅料】
素香肠4条(切片)、蘑菇4粒(切片)、三色大甜椒各1粒(切圈)、番茄豆5大匙、番茄酱3大匙、辣椒酱1大匙、黑胡椒粉1⁄8 小匙、马郁兰香草碎1小匙、乳酪丝3大匙

【做法】
1.将材料A拌打均匀成弹性和光滑的面团,放置一旁发酵30分钟至双倍大。(图1)
2.把面团按平后铺在涂油的比萨烘盘上,放入预热烤炉以180℃先烘10分钟,取出。(图2-3)
3.铺上混合馅料,洒上乳酪丝,再以220℃烘约10分钟至金黄色即可。(图4-5)
